Shipping Information
Our normal shipping method is Ground Saver transportation. Using this method, orders will be delivered in the continental USA within 9 business days.
Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Quicker shipping methods are available and can be seen in the checkout area once the zip code you are shipping to is entered into the shipping and billing information area. You must choose a shipping method by clicking on the circle next to your preferred shipping method before you will be allowed to place your order.
Most orders (except cardboard cutouts which are shipped directly from our manufacturer) ship out the same day, when the order is placed before 2:00 PM Central Time.
Available shipping methods include:
- Ground Saver- Orders will be delivered within 9 business days
- Standard Ground- orders will be delivered within 1-5 business days
- 3 Day Air- Orders will be delivered in 3 business days, when the order is placed before 2:00 PM Central Time
- 2 Day Air- Orders will be delivered in 2 business days, when the order is placed before 2:00 PM central Time
- Overnight- Orders will be delivered in 1 business day, when the order is placed before 2:00 PM Central Time
** Please Note: Cardboard cutouts normally take up to 7 business days to ship from our manufacturer and can take up to 14 business days to be delivered. Quicker shipping methods for cutouts are available in the checkout area. If you are unsure whether your time estimate is correct, please call customer service, at 877-502-4438 9AM-5PM Central Time Monday-Friday, so we may assist you.
If your order is not deliverable or if it is refused, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs and the cost for the return shipping.
Shipping Methods and Transit Times
Most orders ship out the same day when ordered before 2:00 PM Central Time Monday-Friday.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays normally ship the next business day. Remember, business days are
Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays.
Transit times listed are business days from time of leaving our warehouse. Please note, the day you order, weekends, and holidays do not count in transit times. If you ship to a Post Office Box, please select either the Ground Saver or Standard Ground Shipping Method.
3-Day Air, 2-Day Air and Overnight Shipping Methods are available for most of our items. We have some items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer and are not eligible for expedited shipping methods. This is indicated on the product page under
“Availability”. All items that are eligible for expedited shipping methods will read,
“Usually ships the next business day.”
Overseas Military and Non-Continental USA orders normally take additional time and we make no transit time guarantee for these orders.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS (Outside the USA): We reserve the right, for our shipping department, to choose the shipping method which provides the most economical and expedited shipping of your international order. International orders outside the USA can take up to 2 weeks to be delivered. We ship all international packages via International Air Mail, Fed Ex, or UPS. Your quoted total DOES NOT include any taxes, VAT fees or other "Duties" imposed upon your package by the country to which it is being delivered. Any fees charged by the country to which your package is being delivered are not included in your payment to GIFTapolis.com and are payable to the appropriate government agencies. The customs office, in the country the order is being delivered to, may hold your package for inspection. We make no guarantees on international shipping speed.

How Do I Qualify For Free Shipping?To qualify for free shipping you must spend at least $75 worth of merchandise or product subtotal. Once you have all your items added to the shopping cart you must select "Free Shipping" when selecting your shipping method. The actual shipping method will be standard ground shipping. The following do not qualify for free shipping: Overnight, 2 or 3 day delivery, ALL international orders and any delivery address to an APO/FPO, a PO Box, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. If you return merchandise for a refund, that qualified your order for free shipping, the shipping costs on the original shipment will be deducted from your refund.

Is this site secure? Why can't I cancel or alter my order by e-mail? How do I cancel or alter a order?We check our emails regularly throughout the day, but not on a specific schedule. Therefore, you must call in all order cancellations or alterations to our Customer Service Department Directly at 800-502-4438 Monday Thru Friday 9am to 5:00pm CENTRAL TIME. Once an order has SHIPPED AND/OR BEEN PACKAGED IT CAN NO LONGER BE CANCELED. We can't refund shipping since our shippers (FedEx, UPS, USPS) do not refund us. The shopping cart won't let me add the item to it or it keeps removing the item. What does this mean?This means that the item is sold out. We receive inventory almost daily from our hundreds of suppliers. Please check back. If you find a item out of stock more than 6 weeks, we suggest emailing customerservice@eshopcreatons.com and request a update.
What Do You Mean By BILL TO address on order form?Your billing address is the address your credit card provider sends your monthly statements to. We do not send you a "bill" and will ship your package to the shipping address you provide (if different). Rarely, a credit card company will advise us to SHIP YOUR ORDER only to your BILL TO address if fraud is suspected.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, and Diner's Club.
Do You Offer Rush Shipping Outside The USA?We DO NOT offer RUSH delivery (3-day air, 2nd day air and Overnight) to orders shipping outside the USA. Due to packages having to clear customs and other unpredictable situations, rush orders can not be sent outside the USA.
Do You Offer Rush Shipping to Alaska & Hawaii?3-Day air does NOT ship to Alaska & Hawaii. If you want your order RUSHED for Hawaii & Alaska orders, please select 2nd Day Air as your shipping method.
Are Your Prices in US Dollars Only?YES! All prices listed on our website, shopping cart and invoices are all in US Dollars. The conversion to your currency will be made automatically at the time your credit card is processed by your credit card company.
Can You Send Me A Catalog Of Your Products?We DO NOT have a printed catalog. We are a website online store only. New items are being added all the time and old items discontinued.
Do You Sell Wholesale?ILoveLucySuperstore.com is an online retailer and we do not have wholesale prices. Our products come from hundreds of different manufacturers. We are unable to put you in contact with wholesalers.
Do You Stock The Shirt I Want in Small or XXL Sizes?We stock as many Small and XXL shirts as possible. Unfortunately, many of the t-shirt manufacturers only produce medium, large & XL sizes. Check the shirt you want directly for its size selection. Shirts come in adult sizes unless otherwise noted as kids or junior young ladies sizes.
The inventory column states quantity unknown. What does this mean?This usually means that our website is having technical difficulties communicating to our warehouse computers on how much inventory we have. This is usually due to heavy internet traffic. The problem usually corrects itself within 3 to 5 minutes. Try back again. You can place an order on items that state "unknown" in stock, but we may end up emailing that we couldn't fill your order.

What is your RETURNS POLICY?
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any item in its original sellable condition and receive a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The following items can not be returned: Opened DVDS, Opened Video Games, Opened Board Games, Books, Soiled or Worn Clothing Items, Party Supplies, Over The Hill Party Supplies, Opened or Used Bedding, Opened Costumes and all damaged merchandise. These items may only be returned if sent incorrectly or received damaged. WE MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ORDER IF IT ARRIVED DAMAGED OR IF YOU RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM. All merchandise MUST be returned within 30 days in its original sellable condition and in the original packaging with all accessories to receive a full refund, less shipping costs.
